This international smash-hit may be the most popular musical in the world! Taking place in 19th Century France, society is in a state of flux and talk of revolution is in the air. Recently released from prison, Jean Valjean finds himself in search of personal change as he breaks his parole in an attempt to walk the path of redemption. Redemption, however, may not be so easy to come by as he is relentlessly pursued by Police Inspector Javert who refuses to believe Valjean can change his ways.
