Celebrating the Northland! Join us for an exciting and education evening. Hear some wonderful book talks, bid on excellent silent auction items, enjoy scrumptious candy and desserts from the Great Lakes Candy Kitchen and Hot Sweet It Is Cakes as well as come wonderful hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar.
Presentations include: Local author Tom Isbell, Duluth Playhouse Children's Theatre/TYA series sneak peek at The Cat in the Hat, Duluth Art Institute, Duluth Children's Museum, How Sweet It Is Cakes and Great Lakes Candy Kitchen

Homegrown Music Festival
The Homegrown Music Festival is Duluth's annual showcase of music. It began as a simple birthday party and now features 200 musical acts, along with a few filmmakers, poets and other artists.

The classic Dr. Seuss take is coming to life with the Theatre for Young Audiences (TYA). It's a rainy day, and Sally and her fish can't find anything to do...unless the Cat in the Hat unexpectedly appears and turns their dreary afternoon into a fun-filled extravaganza!
