The Theatre for Young Audiences (or TYA) series is a new offering from the Playhouse Family. The TYA series will feature shows like Balloonacy, most recently seen at The Children's Theatre Company in Minneapolis, and The Adventures of a Rock Named Sticky, the second installment from the popular Northland area children's theatre troupe, The Boogers. The TYA series aims to delight all audiences, but particularly the Pre K age group. Shows are interactive and silly, keeping kids and families enthralled and involved for 40 minutes to an hour and is a perfect way to spend a Saturday afternoon with your family. Shows are on Saturdays and tickets are just $5.

The Adventures of a Rock Named Sticky
Presented by The Boogers

Their time machine is ready and their imaginations are charged for adventure. Come join the Stevenson siblings and their annoying cousin as they travel through time to explore the history of their pet rock named Sticky.

The Boogers are a group of rascally performers dedicated to creating original interactive theatrical experiences that celebrate various educational topics. Fresh off their first project, the critically acclaimed The Yard Bizarre, they now bring you The Adventures of a Rock Named Sticky. All Booger productions are hand made and multiple disciplinary and include puppetry, mime, dance, games, physical comedy and wit that kids, brothers, sisters, parents and grandparents will love.
